Paul Frank Industries was founded in 1997 by the American cartoonist, artist and fashion designer Paul Frank who quickly became an iconic figure. From the more than 200 cute characters used on the outfits, one of the best-known is Julius the Monkey which can be seen on t-shirts, hoodies, PJ`s and so on smiling, laughing, wearing heart-shaped glasses or dressed as a soldier.
