Applying for Moroccan Visa in London – Nightmare!

The first experience a tourist has with a country is the visa application process – and oh dear, Morocco fails so badly in this that I almost want to cancel my trip and forfeit the money I’ve already paid to Ryanair. I have never encountered such a chaotic and amateurish visa application process.

CRU Kafe: Premium Capsules for your Nespresso Machine

If you own a Nespresso machine, chances are that you bought it for a brew that was better than what you’d get from instant coffee, and close to what you’ll get with a proper espresso machine. Review: The Gun Gastropub, Canary Wharf

This is one of the strangest gastropubs I’ve been to. Not in a bad strange way, but a truly mixed-bag strange way. Technically, it is a pub, located near Canary Wharf and facing the river. But it is more than that – with its white tablecloths, upscale service, a fine dining menu, and a great river view.

Sakura at Sake No Hana: Cherry Blossoms, Cocktails, and Bento Boxes

A pop-up cherry blossom garden in the heart of London at Sake No Hana’s bar, to bring a bit of the sakura season magic from Japan over to the UK. Sitting amongst the pink and white cherry blossom flowers, one can’t help but feel as though you’ve been transported to Japan.
